I am so glad I mentioned my computer problems to a friend because she recommended Juan Ruiz. When I told another friend about him, she said, “You can’t find anyone better around here!” She was correct! My frustration with computer problems reached close to the breaking point so I decided to get another computer.

Juan ordered one for me. It was one-third the cost of the computer I had been using for six years! Juan fixed enough of the problems on my old computer so that I could continue to use it until the new one arrived. Then he saved me countless hours of grief by installing it. My computer table is boxed in by a desk on one side and perpendicularly, a table top bolted into the wall. This meant crawling under the computer table’s shield at the rear in order to plug in cords. I did it once and believe me, once was enough!

I requested remote assistance which connects me to Juan via the Internet. When I need help, I can reach Juan via e-mail and he guides me on-screen. This enables me to see exactly what he is doing to solve any computer problem I’ve mentioned. Juan has been patient and most helpful in answering my questions. He is an excellent teacher, giving wonderful analogies that make explanations truly understandable. I’m very pleased with his services!
