It is not often that I can make an unqualified recommendation as I can with Juan Ruiz. He has been our computer consultant for the past 4 years and has handled all of our problems and challenges with viable solutions that make sense in the construction industry.
Prior to Juan arriving, referred by a satisfied client, our company had tried numerous individuals/companies for computer support of our organization. They had limited success; unable to quickly solve problems, sometimes needing additional assistance, and often recommending solutions that were not cost effective for our company.
Juan has helped maintain our networked computers with minimal interference and downtime. This is critical in the construction world as we like to say we want projects completed "on time and on budget." He has always met this industry standard allowing our personnel to maintain their productivity and stay on schedule.
Juan's work ethic and integrity are also exceptional as he is quick to respond and has flexible hours including nights and weekends. This attitude allows him to get the job done. I have also used Juan's knowledge to solve problems on my home computer system even though he lives in Washington.
Through "remote assistance" I have allowed him to access to my business and home computer desktops. In this manner, Juan is able to guide me and Elias Bros.' employees through computer problems via remote control.
Although I was apprehensive at first, I have come to realize that Juan has been able to maintain the level of service that I have come to expect and appreciate from him. If you are searching for a computer consultant to handle all of your needs, save your time and money, and provide followup and training when needed, then I would highly endorse Juan Ruiz.
