Email Rules that Don't Work

Question:
Received advice of your site from Pastor Tim's site. Appreciate the advice you have given others and the article "Cut and Paste Plain Text" has answered a question I have had for some time. Thank you. I also have a question - I run Mailwasher Pro on my Windows 98. One and only one of my friend's email comes to Mailwasher Pro where it is classified as "friend" but instead of appearing in the In box it goes to a folder marked "Deletions." I can read it there but am puzzled why just this one incoming email does this!

Answer:
I am not familiar with Mailwasher Pro. However, it is possible that you can fix this by deleting the rule then recreating it. Your "friend's" email might be classified by a different rule that is in effect and moved to the "Deletions" box before the "friend" rule is applied.
