Hello, I have an annoying problem with my Internet connection, and hope you can help me. While on the Internet (and MS Outlook running in the background), I get a popup "Enter Network Password" message (it has my email server name, user name and starred password, as well as a "save this password in your password list" checkbox). No matter how many times I click OK, it still comes back and sits on top of my screen. Why is it popping up? I am always connected.... Thanks, Anil

This usually means that your email account is not set up properly. It does not relate to the Internet access. Sometimes the account may have to be a complete email address. For example, if your account is anil_2006, you may have to enter it as anil_2006@myinternet.net
